Forgotten Realms Dalelands Map

Between cormyr and the moonsea lie the beautiful forests and fields of the dalelands, home to some of the most powerful characters and exciting adventures in the heartlands. Dungeons and dragons, or d&d, is the worlds foremost table top role playing game, and one of the longest lived.

Blessed with fertile soil and a temperate climate (aside from the extremely harsh winters), the dales are the breadbasket of the heartlands. The dales are broad forest vales with rolling farmlands, linked by narrow trade roads running through beautiful woods. The dalelands were located around and partially within the cormanthor forest, west of the sea of fallen stars.

As someone who's new to the game and setting, i find the forgotten realms wikia to be a great source of information, and it has a page for the second sundering which i believe is what you're looking for. Good maps, although i'm hoping to find something between the two. The forgotten realms is a fantasy campaign setting for the dungeons & dragons role playing game originally developed by ed greenwood, as a location for his childhood stories in the late 1960s.
